Estate Administration

Taking the Pain out of Probate

All estates must be settled after an individual passes on – a process known as Probate. If you have been named as the executor of an estate by way of a decedent’s Will, or your loved one died without a will, there exist a number of actions you must take to administer the estate and to make the proper distributions. This includes notifying creditors of the decedent’s death, informing beneficiaries what they stand to inherit, paying remaining bills and taxes, and completing a Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return. This process can be overwhelming, which is why our estate administration team is here to help you.

We provide legal counsel for clients in need of estate administration assistance in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We guide our clients through the process and ensure the clients take all appropriate legal action to administer the estate. No matter how complicated the matter is, we will work with you until it is finished.
