David Park started with Martson Law Offices as a law clerk during law school and has been an attorney with the firm since 2015, and a shareholder since 2022. Dave has a varied corporate practice with a focus in representing lending institutions as well as borrowers in commercial transactions. He also enjoys the opportunity to represent businesses as outside general counsel and has experience drafting and negotiating various contractual relationships from acquisitions, to software agreements, to warehousing distribution agreements. In his role as outside general counsel, Dave routinely assists clients with HR and Employment-related matters.
Dave considers himself fortunate to be able to practice in the community he calls home, along with his wife Ellie, and their two children, Zoe and Xander. Outside of work, Dave likes to spend time with his family, hiking the local trails with their rescue dogs, Ollie, Iris, and Jorah.
