Dru Miller has been with Martson Law Offices as an attorney since 2015 after serving as a law clerk during law school. He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of Premises Liability Defense, Personal Injury, Collections, Worker’s Compensation, and Landlord-Tenant. He considers his biggest wins to be securing a six-figure settlement for our client in a contentious estate litigation case that involved the dead man’s rule, and securing summary judgment in favor of our client utilizing institutional knowledge of our client’s business despite incomplete physical evidence. Dru’s favorite thing about Martson Law Offices is the small tight-knit family atmosphere and wide-ranging practice areas.

In his free time, Dru likes to spend time with his wife and son, travel, play golf, and cheer on Penn State and his beloved Dallas Cowboys.
