Hubert X. Gilroy has represented individuals, businesses and governmental entities in Carlisle and Central Pennsylvania for more than 43 years. Hubert has been with Martson Law Offices since 2007, and is truly a general practice attorney, able to help our clients with personal injury litigation, family law, real estate, business, land use, municipal, estate planning, and more. His litigation experience includes million-dollar personal injury cases, complex land use controversies, constitutional and statutory interpretation disputes, and criminal matters ranging from DUI to Capital Homicide trials.

Mr. Gilroy’s professional accreditations & representations are numerous. He served for over 20 years as a Custody Conciliator in Cumberland County, where he employed dispute resolution and advocacy skills in counseling domestic clients. A Certified Mediator for the Federal Middle District Court, he is routinely retained to resolve disputes ranging from major trucking accidents to commercial controversies. He is also a Licensed Title Agent and has handled multimillion-dollar commercial transactions to residential home closings.

Mr. Gilroy resides in Carlisle with his wife, Mary, where they have enjoyed raising 5 children. In his free time, Hubert loves spending time with his wife and kids, bicycling and running for a cause (like MS), and serving his community. Mary and Hubert have also received joint recognition for community service as recipients of the 2010 Man and Woman of the Year Award from the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the US Lacrosse and the 2018 Volunteers of the Year Award presented by the Partnership for Better Health.
