Attorney Seth T. Mosebey Appointed as Hearing Committee Member
Seth T. Mosebey of Martson Law Offices was recently appointed as a Hearing Committee Member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. His term appointment is three years, beginning July 1, 2024.
The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania is dedicated to protecting the public, maintaining the integrity of the legal profession, and safeguarding the reputation of the courts.
The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has the inherent and exclusive power over the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. By Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated March 21, 1972, the Disciplinary Board was established to regulate attorney conduct. The Disciplinary Board consists of 12 members, each of whom is appointed by the Supreme Court. The Board appoints and hires the appropriate staff to carry out its duties.
